Remember Before You Build An ARC Application is Required!
April 21, 2017

Spring and Summer is the time for projects!  If you are building a deck, fence, major landscaping, or other exterior projects an ARC application is required.  The process is painless and the ARC Committee is very responsive in reviewing the applications.

Here are a few tips to make the process simple. The application is hereLYN ARC without charge

  1. Make sure a full description of your project is clearly stated including materials to be used. Pictures are truly worth a thousand words.
  2. Make sure you include a plat and locate your project on the plat. This is critical for fence installations.
  3. Make sure you have your neighbors sign the application acknowledging they are aware you are applying for the architectural change.  Your neighbors’ signature does not represent approval of the project just that you have made them aware of the application.
  4. Send the application by mail or email admin@coventrygrp.com  to Coventry Group for initial review of the application for completeness. Once reviewed the application is sent to the ARC Committee for review and approval.
